1hr class comprising elements of Circuit Training which is becoming increasingly popular and depending upon attendance may replace our Mixed Ability Aerobic sessions to ensure you will never miss out on a class.
Flexi-Bar Training
½ hr intensive toning session working on core muscles for toning & weight loss.

¾ hr session - whether beginner or advanced - the class is designed to meet your needs.
