What is mixed ability aerobics?
A safe and effective method of exercising that is enjoyed by a variety of people. It works the heart and lungs (cardio-vascular system) improving the strength of the heart muscle and the efficiency of the lungs. It entails rhythmic movements which build in intensity to form an aerobic curve. At the end of the section there is a muscular strength and endurance section. This works on bums, tums, chest and arms to tone everything up. The section is finished with a remobilization. Everyone works at their own level of fitness and it is a very enjoyable hour.
This class is suitable for all age groups and experience levels. A full hour of low impact, high intensity aerobic and toning exercise designed to improve strength and fitness, increase stamina and tone the muscles as re-shaping occurs.
