MIXED ABILITY AEROBICS – 1 hr class comprising ¾ hr Aerobic dance and finishing with ¼ hr toning work to round off the class.
STEP AEROBICS – ¾ hr session – whether beginner or advanced – the class is designed to meet individual needs.
FLEXIBAR TRAINING – ½ hr intensive toning session working on core muscles for toning, weight loss and rehabilitation from injuries.
BOOT CAMP – 1 hr session, comprising elements of Circuit Training, this class is becoming increasingly popular and is used as an alternative to Mixed Ability Aerobics to add variety to the sessions.
